Returns

We craft each piece with care, just for you! Since everything’s handmade to order, returns are a bit tough for us to handle. To help cover the costs, we do charge a 15% processing fee on returns, and shipping costs can’t be refunded.

If your item shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered — no worries! We’ll fix things up quickly.

🔁 Exchanges

Because each item is made just for you, we sadly can’t offer exchanges at the moment — but feel free to reach out if you’re unsure about sizing or anything else before ordering. We’re always happy to help!


❌ Cancellations

We jump into production pretty quickly once your order’s placed, so cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need to cancel, message us right away through the Contact Form. If your order hasn’t been started yet, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

Special designs and custom-made pieces are a one-of-a-kind creation — that means they're considered final sale unless something’s gone wrong on our end.
